In
line with the same principle the present SAW Pipe Plant
has been already certified as a licence holder for manufacture
of pipes to API-5L
specification and IS-3589. The unit is registered with
reputed consultants and users such as:
EIL, TOYO,
UHDE, TCE, KVAERNER POWER GAS, CHEMTEX, TECHNIMONT ICB,
HPCL, L&T, IOCL, BPCL, and HYUNDAI and many others
as a reliable supplier of Saw Pipes. We also undertake
jobs through reputed Surveyors such as LRIS, RITES,
IRS, BV,DNV, SGS etc.
It is our earnest endeavour to meet customers delivery
schedules, and our record speaks of customer's confidence,
by getting regular repeat orders.We also try to maintain
stock of pipes of popular sizes which caters to our customers
for their urgent requirement. |

Well
equipped quality control facilities such as Analytical
Chemical Laboratory, Universal testing machine, Portable
Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Liquid Penetrant tests are
available. In addition to above dark room facilities
are available for processing radiograph films and for
viewing the films on a light intensity controlled film
viewer. X-ray and Gamma ray facilities are provided
by laboratories specialised in this work who can also
undertake magnetic particle testing. An on line, Multichannel
/ Multiprobe Ultrasonic testing machine imported from
worlds most reputed firm M/s Krautkramer Germany, which
will speed up inspection of weld seams.
The Quality Control department is well staffed with
experienced Engineers and Technicians who are trained
in respective trades from time to time to ensure process
control for quality pipes to NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL
STANDARDS. |
